Very old North Holland Gouda is matured for no less than a year. Thanks to this long, intensive ripening under ideal conditions on wooden boards, the cheese has a full, spicy taste. Yet the cheese is also deliciously creamy thanks to the unique method of preparation with 100% North Holland milk of the best quality. Awarded the Red Seal thanks to the authentic recipe and method of preparation.
