The special young matured Texel sheep cheese originates from Cheese Farm Wezenspyk. This cheese farm has been owned by Anton and Janine since 2000. Wezenspyk's dairy cows graze in the north of Texel and are milked daily. This milk is collected with a milk tank and taken to the cheese farm. Delicious Texel sheep cheese is made from this. The cheese is pure natural. This means that no additional flavors or pigment are added.
