The Terschellinger Wind Force 6 is a creamy and spicy cheese with an age of 6 months. This cheese is produced by an organic cheese factory called "De Terschellinger" in Oosterend. This cheese factory, run by Jan-Willem Zeilstra, produces various types of Terschellinger cheese in a traditional way, including the Terschellinger Wind Force 6 and Wind Force 10.

No additives or preservatives are added to the cheese. The cheese only contains ingredients that are strictly necessary. It is pure and organic cheese, as you can taste. The typical soft taste is partly the result of the milk used in making this cheese, Terschellinger organic milk from organic farmers. Moreover, you can safely eat this cheese as a vegetarian, because only vegetarian rennet is used.
