Pure Jersey Tastefully Mild is the youngest cheese of Pure Jersey. This cheese has a creamy and fresh taste. Ideal as a sandwich filler, but also in hot dishes thanks to the great melting properties.

Origin
The story behind Pure Jersey is largely about the special Jersey cow. The Jersey cow is 100% pure thanks to a many-year import ban. In addition to the special appearance of the Jersey cow, this cow also produces special milk. This milk naturally contains much more protein than the milk of the regular Dutch cow. This results in a unique, creamy taste. Pure Jersey cheese is pure nature. This means that nothing is added to the milk.
