North Holland Gouda Young is a cheese from North Holland that has matured for approximately 4 weeks. Pure 100% North Holland milk forms the basis for this delicious, smooth young cheese. Cheese masters prepare the young cheese according to strict requirements in the unique cheese factory of Lutjewinkel. The cheese therefore bears the Red Seal: the cheese is prepared according to the authentic recipe, with North Holland meadow milk.
Combination
North Holland Gouda Young is usually also referred to as the best cheese for sandwiches. Thanks to the soft, creamy taste and the smooth consistency, the cheese is therefore ideally suited as a tasty sandwich spread. Or how about delicious cheese cubes as an evening snack?
