Matured North Holland Gouda cheese with the Red Seal is made with great craftsmanship in the unique cheese factory in Lutjewinkel. The cheese bears the Red Seal. This means that the cheese is made according to an authentic recipe by the experienced cheese masters. Hereby only 100% pure North Holland meadow milk is used.
Combination
North Holland Gouda Matured is a very tasty sandwich spread thanks to its delicious creamy, full taste. The matured cheese has the structure and softness of a younger variety, but the full, pure taste of a matured cheese. This makes the cheese delicious on a cheese board in combination with fresh fruit and nuts. Serve a cold glass of wine or beer with the cheese board for the ultimate taste sensation.
