Landana Old is a characteristic Dutch cheese with a full, spicy taste. Every lover of old, characteristic cheese must have tasted this special cheese. The cheese owes its delicious taste to the ripening process in the Groene Hart of Holland. Here, the Landana Old cheeses are aged at least 10 months on wooden boards. The ripening process is still carried out in the traditional manner.
